Welcome to CDRS

Todd Shea, founder and chief executive of CDRS, holding a rescued kitten

We’re thrilled to share the latest updates from Comprehensive Disaster Response Services. This past year, your unwavering support has helped us transform lives across Pakistan, delivering clean water, improving community health, protecting animals and nurturing vulnerable families. Here’s a look at what we’ve achieved together.

A heartfelt thank youto our donor family

For years, your generosity has been the heartbeat of CDRS, fuelling emergency healthcare, clean water, animal rescue and education for communities across Pakistan. Together, we’ve stood with people in their hardest moments, building shelter homes, saving children, rescuing animals and delivering hope where it was needed most.

In our focus on being on the ground, saving lives and responding to disasters, we sometimes lost touch with you, our remarkable donor family. Yet it is your compassion and commitment that has always made this work possible.

The past year has been one of the hardest in our history. As the world’s attention and giving turned toward the crisis in Gaza, ongoing wars and rising economic uncertainty, support for our work in Pakistan fell sharply, and the programmes that families and animals rely on every day have felt the strain. Through all of this, your support has mattered more than ever, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who has stood by us.

Today, I want to reconnect with you, to thank you for what you’ve built and to invite you to walk with us once more. The challenges remain great, but with your continued partnership, the impact we can create together is even greater.

You are not just a supporter, you are the heart of this mission.
